Golf Benefit
In June, Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Foundation
sponsors a golf benefit to support the Funding the Future Campaign. More than 200
golfers enjoy the day. Prizes are awarded on each of the 18 holes. Each
year, a vacation trip is raffled and won. Commemorative gifts are given to all
golfers and a reception is held at the end of the day to celebrate the winners
of each flight and award prizes.
Be sure to join us next year on Friday, June 14, 2013.
Festival of Trees
Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center begins the holiday
season in November with the annual Festival of Trees. More than 30 beautifully
decorated trees, wreaths and specialty items transform the Lumpkin Family
Center for Health Education into a holiday wonderland. After everyone has
enjoyed the festivities, the items are auctioned and sold at a Gala Event. Net
proceeds support Funding the Future Campaign.
In addition to the holiday trees, a Memory Tree adorns the center of the room and honors those who have received hospice care. Ornaments are engraved with names in memory of a loved one. Proceeds from the Memory Tree support Lincolnland Hospice.
Mark your calendars to attend the Festival of Trees on November 16 and 17, 2012.

Lincoln Volunteer Guild to support scholarships for area students pursuing
healthcare careers. Plan to attend the La Grand Soirée on Saturday, March 2,
