Today was weigh in day and the scales went down another pound. While I would have like a little more, I am very happy.
Last night I stopped on at the YMCA in Mattoon and I am going to become a member Aug 15. If I wait until then, the sign-up fee is being waived. I want to pick up the intensity of my physical exercise and the Y seems to be a good choice. The fee is less than $40 a month and there is plenty of good parking now. At lunch today at work, out of our usual five fun-loving gals lunch group, three of us were eating…well, drinking shakes. One of the other two told us she was getting the products to start on Monday. Of the three who were already using the HMR products, all three of our husbands are also on the program. So far, everyone has consistently lost weight and report just feeling better. Wow. This program is awesome.

I spent several days camping with my granddaughters. During the time, I was able to stay on the program….have blender, will travel. We did not make fancy meals. The girls had a lot of fresh fruit and some junk food, but not too much. On day 43, Thursday, I weighed in and yea, yea I lost 5.4 more pounds. I did get weighed in the morning instead of the afternoon, and I don’t know if that makes a difference. Total weight lost 28.8 lbs. Tommorrow, day 50 will be another weigh-in.
