Wow time sure flies. It seems as if it was only three weeks ago that I started this journey.
I ran out of chocolate shake mix this morning so I had to come up with a substitute for my usual breakfast chocolate mocha coffee. I found some powdered peanut butter and dosed my coffee with that. Coffee and dry peanut butter isn't so bad, but there were chunks in the bottom.
I had a late meeting at work but had time to get in a 30-minute walk around the lower level in the hospital. When I got home, I did 30 minutes on my bicycle. I have to find a better seat. I already have a big butt seat, but need a bigger, softer one. I wonder if they have memory foam seats. I bet that would be quite an impression.
Tomorrow is my group meeting and weigh-in. I don't know what to expect weight wise. I am beginning to see differences in how my clothes fit, but not enough to go to the resale shops just yet.
Why can't elephants ride bicycles? They don't have thumbs to ring the bell.
Until tomorrow I am In The Box.
