Week 7

Wazzup, readers! It’s me, Allie! I’m back again - un-stressed and quite blessed. ☺ I’m here to tell you about my fabulous week and how stellar everything has been!

The fall play concluded last week and it really came together! I was so proud of the production, cast and crew! The fall play is fun, but not NEARLY as thrilling as the spring musical and that obviously means I’m counting down the days until we begin practicing for that. ☺ No more rehearsals means much more free time and I’m definitely enjoying the ability to finish my homework at a normal time, rather than 2 am!

Next on my to-do list is to make a workout schedule. I’ve come to the conclusion that in order to ensure I stay on track and make time to go to the Y, I need to actually PLAN times to go. Three times a week seems to be a good number and I plan to begin tomorrow! I seriously cannot wait to get back into the swing of my exercise routine. Nothing makes me feel happier and more confident than knowing that I’m making good choices that benefit my body! Plus, let’s not forget the obvious surge of empowerment that totally takes over your body while pushing your physical limits! ☺

This week is going so well and I’m feeling so great about being stress-free! Feeling good about myself and having time for me has me on cloud nine!
