Dear Readers,

Since rehearsals have started up again, I’m getting really busy. Add that to the fact that scholastic bowl isn’t over yet, solo and ensemble is next weekend, we just started a class novel, and we had a paper due this week … yeah, my free time is pretty much nonexistent. But I’d rather be busy than have nothing to do, so I’m not really complaining!

So I had an awesome trip to Oklahoma! The college visit I went on (I still can’t believe I’m old enough to be looking at colleges) was totally fabulous, and I’m really considering that school. This past week was one of the most fabulous ever. EVER. I got the role of Cinderella in the spring musical, and I’m totally thrilled. I’ll remind you closer to time, but you should definitely come see it!

I’m writing this on yet another snow day! I don’t think we’ve gone a full week since we came back from winter break, but I’m not complaining. Dear Readers,

So, this week has been great so far, and when I say great, I mean really great! Unfortunately, Zumba hasn’t been a part of my week, but I have been trying some of the yoga I learned at my house. I discovered this week that whether I’m working out at the Y relaxing into Child’s Pose in my room, exercise helps make any day better.

Dear Readers,

So this past weekend I went to Theatre Fest with my drama club! It was pretty great and included basically all of my favorite things rolled into a thrilling adventure with some of my best friends. The group I spent most of my time with saw a total of 7 productions, and unfortunately only went to one (full) class. I actually was planning on trying something called “Yogalates”, (a combination of yoga and pilates), but I couldn’t talk anyone into going with me. I’m writing to you from the North Pole! (Well...that’s what it feels like anyway.) I have been cooped up in the house for what feels like ages, and with the sub zero temperatures and mountains of snow, it’s not like getting out is much of an option.
