This page is meant to be a guide in determining if your medical services health plan is accepted at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center (SBLHC).
There are several considerations regarding health plans - from whether it is a hospital or physician plan to what kind of coverage your plan allows. All patients are encouraged to verify their benefits with their plan administrator by referring to their insurance membership card for contact information. Please check with your insurance company, HMO or PPO network or your employee benefits department to make certain all service’s are covered at SBLHC.
You may be liable for certain services if they are not preauthorized. Always check with your health plan prior to any elective admission or testing to determine if it is a covered service.”

Tricare – SBL is a
Non-network provider: Non-network
providers are TRICARE-authorized providers who do not have a signed agreement
with the regional contractors to provide care at a negotiated rate. There are two types of non-network
providers: participating and
non-participating. SBL is a participating
provider. Participating providers have
agreed to file claims for you, to accept payment directly from TRICARE and to
accept the TRICARE allowable charge, less any applicable cost shares paid by
you, as payment in full for their services.
