The purpose of this program is to provide education on topics related to wound care and skin care.
- Compare and contrast assessment and management of arterial and venous leg ulcers
- List steps in assessment and treatment of the high risk foot
- Describe types and management of incontinence
- Differentiate incontinence associated dermatitis from other types of skin breakdown
- Discuss the challenges in wound healing associated with Autoimmune Disorders
The purpose of this program is to provide healthcare professionals with the most current wound care and incontinence information to increase the quality of care provided to our patients.
Continuing Education Credits:
Application has been made to the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) for continuing education 6.5 contact hours for nurses.

There is a $50/$75 fee for this conference. Discount for WOCN members and SBL employees. Special student rate - $25. Early registration is encouraged as only 120 total registrants will be accepted.

Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is located in East Central Illinois, midway between Mattoon and Charleston. To reach the Health Center from Interstate 57, exit onto Illinois Route 16 East (Charleston exit) and go two miles east.
Parking is behind hospital (north side of campus) in the Education Center parking lot. Follow posted signs.
