Community Online Resource Directory (CORD)

Community Online Resource Directory (CORD) is a growing directory of diverse area agencies and a detailed explanation of the programs they provide. Those involved in developing, supporting and using CORD are dedicated to providing a comprehensive, up-to-date and accessible guide to human services and to improving the connection between community members and appropriate resources.

CORD provides a free directory for finding physical, mental, financial, legal and information services. CORD serves people in Coles, Clark, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Jasper, Moultrie and Shelby counties. It’s database consists of 150 agencies representing 450 programs.

CORD’s website offers a section about special events like health fairs, job fairs, training and other educational events. In addition, the site also offers a selection of reliable web addresses on a variety of topics.

Its directory continuously expands, bringing more resources to the public. By keeping resource information current, CORD is able to identify up-to-date services offered through agencies and their programs.

For more information about CORD, check out the CORD website at http://www.cordlink.org or call toll-free at 866-511-CORD.
