Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program
The
Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP) offers help to
women between the ages of 35 and 64 who cannot afford these
important cancer screenings. Free clinical breast exams, pelvic
exams, Pap tests and mammograms are offered to women who qualify.
IBCCP is available to every county in Illinois. Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is the lead agency of the East Central Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program which serves a 10-county area, including: Coles, Clark, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Effingham, Jasper, Moultrie and Shelby counties.
Funding is through a cooperative effort between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Ga. and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
