Rotary Comedy Night
Net proceeds to support an endowment for Athletic Heart Scan Program at Sarah Bush Lincoln. February 25, 2017. 5:45 to 7 p.m. Cocktail hour at Doudna Fine Arts Center - The Concourse (1860 7th St. Charleston. EIU Campus) 7 pm - Comedy Night performance featuring the Chicago Comedy All-Stars at Doudna Fine Arts Center - The Dvorak Concert Hall (1860 7th St. Charleston. EIU Campus). Tickets $50 each. Available in the SBL Health Foundation or from Rotarians.

Held in March, Cheers! is a dressy event with a fun atmosphere held at the Keller Convention Center in Effingham. Live music offers entertainment throughout the evening. A diamond necklace, provided by Towne Square Jewelers, is given away each year through a Champaign Celebration. Net proceeds go to the Sarah Bush Lincoln Volunteer Guild to support scholarships for area students pursuing healthcare careers. Plan to attend Cheers! on Saturday, March 4, 2017.
June 9, 2017 at the Meadowview Golf Course
In June, Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Foundation sponsors a golf benefit to support the SBL Regional Cancer Center. More than 200 golfers enjoy the day. Prizes are awarded on each of the 18 holes. Each year, a vacation trip is raffled and won. Commemorative gifts are given to all golfers and a reception is held at the end of the day to celebrate the winners of each flight and award prizes.

Festival of Trees
Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center begins the holiday season in November with the annual Festival of Trees. Browse the retail area, employee tree & wreath room and Packages with Pizzazz area to find the perfect gift for those on your list. Enjoy more than 30 beautifully decorated trees, wreaths and specialty items that transform the Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education into a holiday wonderland. After everyone has enjoyed the festivities, the items are auctioned and sold at a Gala Event. Net proceeds support Sarah Bush Lincoln’s new Regional Cancer Center.
In addition, a Memory Star Tree adorns the center of the room and honors those who have received hospice care. Ornaments are engraved with names in memory of a loved one. Proceeds from the Memory Star Tree support Lincolnland Hospice programs.
Mark your calendars now to attend the Festival of Trees' Friends Night Out on Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 6 to 8 pm. Festival of Trees will be open to the public on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 10 am – 8 pm & Saturday, November 18, 2017, from 10 am to 3 pm, concluding that evening with the Gala Live Auction & Dinner from 6 to 9 pm.
Longaberger Basket Binga
Support Lincolnland Hospice by participating in Longaberger Basket Binga. This event, held at the American Legion in Mattoon each September, promises to be an exciting time. Longaberger Baskets as awarded as prizes for each winning Binga game. Food and drink are available for purchase. Celebrity Binga callers make the evening fun and entertaining.
