Hey readers! It’s me, Allie, and I’m going to tell you about my awesome week! New things are beginning and new things are around every corner.

So, this week, my dad cooked the sunshine squash we got at the pumpkin patch! He is a pretty creative guy, and he decided to make it into soup as opposed to baking it in the oven. In the Box week 21

Week 21

Seems like it was just last Tuesday but here it is again. The scales dropped another 1.5 lbs tonight. That gave me a smile.

My provider said I need to be thinking about setting a goal weight. She said at my age....ugggh don't we like those words, it is harder to keep the weight off, so she advised to only do another 20 pounds or so. That gives me time to start thinking about putting real food back into my diet. Even after all of these weeks, I don't miss "food." I love the ...
