End of day one, I got all the stuff I was supposed to eat, eaten. I also exercised for two 30-minute sessions. I now have a blister on the ball of my left foot and had to get out of bed a few times during the night for leg cramps. I got in a walk today and a little later, now that I am home, will go on another bike ride. Did you know peddling up a steep hill in flip flops kills your arches?
I have one more shake to eat tonight, so I made one and put it in the freezer hoping it comes out something like ice cream. So far I have no side symptoms such as lactose intolerant....I imagine my office mates will be pleased with that info.
My real challenge will be when my grandkids visit. I have a plan. I have a deal that plugs into my cigarette lighter (I DON'T smoke), that I can run a blender. I think when they want to eat out I will blend in the car and drink in the restaurant. I can buy a meal and get something my husband likes and he can have left overs.
Time to go, so I will sign off "In the Box."
