Things are continuing very well. I met all the targets for the plan today.
I just got in from a 60-minute brisk walk around Neoga. It is a great evening, the breeze was refreshing and alot of people were out. I walked with an old friend, Mr. Jackson. Alan, that is, accompanied me on my portable CD player. Do any of you still have one? I had left my IPOD at work and haven't figured out how to down load music to my phone, so it was the CD player or nothing. When I finally found it, dusted it off, pried out the batteries that had turned to powder and located a pair of ear phones I hit the pavement.
About two blocks from home I decided to step up the walk with some arm exercises (Alan was singing a peppy number too). When I went to put the player in my pants pocket is when I realized I had no pockets. So where is the next best place us girls can put things? Right! In the bra! With a little wiggle and a little tug on the right side it was in and I was off! I made it about 30 steps before it fell out. Not to be defeated, I rearranged. I put it in the center and just hoped if I saw anybody I knew they would not notice. Anyhow it did the trick and I finished the walk burning 420 calories and did not see any friends.
What's the best thing to put in a pie?...Your teeth!
