Program/Service Notes:
We support community members in their effort to find, understand, and obtain assistance. Navigators will provide referral-based assistance to the residents of Coles County and will provide basic assistance to the community with programs such as transportation, basic needs, SNAP application assistance, and free phones/internet applications. People who are non-tech savvy or need access to applying to the program can benefit from application assistance programs. Our program is not part of SNAP.
