SBL Home Care provides the following high quality home health services: skilled nursing (for wound care, cardiac assessment, medication teaching and infusion therapy), home health aides (for bathing and personal hygiene), physical therapy (for gait training with walkers or cane & strengthening training), speech therapy (for exercises with patients who have difficulty swallowing or speaking), occupational therapy (exercises with patients for activities of daily living independence), medical social services (assist patients finding community resources), and infusion services, Anyone can request home care, but your doctor must be willing to provide orders for your care.
