Sarah Bush Lincoln Recognized for Employee Satisfaction

Sarah Bush Lincoln was recently recognized with an Excellence through Insight award for overall employee satisfaction for the second straight year.

The Health Center was awarded this honor for its commitment to excellence in employee satisfaction. To qualify for an award, a hospital must have been an employee satisfaction client of HealthStream in 2013 and scored in the 75th percentile or better. Sarah Bush Lincoln was selected for receiving the highest ratings in employee satisfaction from among HealthStream’s clients, as well as for exceeding industry standards.

When surveying Sarah Bush Lincoln employees, the responses ranked Sarah Bush Lincoln in the 96th percentile nationwide for employee engagement and the 95th percentile for employee satisfaction.

“We applaud Sarah Bush Lincoln’s high-level commitment to excellence in healthcare, and we are pleased to recognize its achievement through our presentation of an Excellence through Insight award,” said HealthStream Chief Executive Officer Robert Frist Jr. in a press release.
