SBL Online Bill Pay

Sarah Bush Lincoln implemented a new online bill pay and statement platform in the hospital and in all of its clinical facilities across the region on April 1, 2024.

With the implementation of the new system, patient statements for dates generated after April 1, 2024 will have a new look. While you may still receive separate statements for professional fees and medical services, tests or procedures, you will continue to receive a comprehensive overview of the date of service. You will now also have the option to select paperless billing and have the ability to view your statements for up to ninety days online.

Please note:

If you have balances due for statements generated prior to April 1, 2024 and would like to pay online please enter here.
If you have health center balances due (medical services, tests or procedures) for statements generated after April 1, 2024 and would like to pay online please enter here.
If you have physician services balances due for professional fee statements generated after April 1, 2024 and would like to pay online please enter here.
