Local Radio Personalities Team Up to Lose Weight

February 13, 2015 9:54 a.m.

Two local radio personalities are on the track to lose more than 100 pounds in the next twenty-two weeks.

After years of battling with weight issues, WMCI radio hosts, Kurtis Allen and Tim Stoltz joined the Sarah Bush Lincoln Weight Management program in January. Both are following HMR®; Kurtis on the Decision Free Diet® and Tim on the Healthy Solutions® program. Each has more than 50 pounds they hope to lose, as well as other personal health goals they want to achieve.

Allen and Stoltz have are sharing their journey with the community in hopes they will follow along with them and provide encouragement.

They are writing a blog each week on the Sarah Bush Lincoln blog, WellNotes, as well as providing pictures and video interviews showing their progress.

Allen and Stoltz will also talk about their health progress on-air on the Cromwell radio stations, 104.3, The Party and 101.3, WMCI.

WellNotes can be found at blog.sarahbush.org or click on the blog icon at the top of the Sarah Bush Lincoln website at www.sarahbush.org and click on the category, WMCI takes on HMR.
