Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Area employers can contract for counseling services for their employees and their family members through the Sarah Bush Lincoln Employee Assistance Program. The program provides comprehensive, confidential and professional assistance for problems related to the individual, couple, family or work which could adversely affect the employee, his or her family or job performance. Counselors can provide services at the worksite if requested. The Employee Assistance Program offices are located in SBL Prairie Pavilion 1, Suite 102, and appointments are with Mike Tozer, LCPC. Informative podcasts are available at and monthly EAP flyer topics can be emailed to (appointments cannot be scheduled through this email).

Typical problems handled through EAP:
• Family or marital conflict
• Divorce/step family adjustment
• Grief recovery
• Conflict in the workplace
• Alcohol or drug abuse
• Co-dependency issues
• Coping with health problems
• Depression or other emotional illness
• Basic financial management
• Adjusting to change
