Program/Service Notes:
Advocate works with doctors, pharmaceutical companies, and pharmacies to obtain maintenance medications for free or reduced prices. Advocate is also a Senior Health Insurance Plan Counselor. As SHIP Counselor, Sister Kathleen interviews clients to help find them the best Medicare D prescription plan available for them. Helps with Medicaid and SNAP sign up.
