SBL Food and Nutrition Offers Program on Food Allergies

A free presentation on food allergies and intolerances will be held at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, September 24, in the Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education located on the north side of Sarah Bush Lincoln. The program is presented by SBL Food and Nutrition Services.

It will focus on the eight major allergens (milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish), lactose and gluten intolerance and how to read food labels for these allergens and intolerances, Pre-registration is requested by Friday, September 20.
