Deadline for Affordable Care Act Coverage Approaching Quickly

The deadline for Illinoisans to enroll for coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace under the Affordable Care Act is Monday, March 31.

To help people get enrolled Sarah Bush Lincoln will have extended hours on the following dates:

Tuesday, March 25, 8am to 8pm

Wednesday, March 26, 8am to 8pm

Thursday, March 27, 8am to 8pm

Friday, March 28, 8am to 8pm

Saturday, March 29, 8am to 8pm

Sunday, March 30, 12pm to 8pm

Monday, March 31, 8am to 11pm

Through the Marketplace, residents will be able to compare plans and premiums side-by-side. All plans provide coverage for the same set of essential health benefits. These health benefits include: ambulatory patient services, emergency services, hospitalization, maternity and newborn care, mental health/substance use disorder services, including behavioral health treatment, prescription drugs, rehabilitative/habilitative services and devices, laboratory services, preventive and wellness services and chronic disease management, and pediatric services, including oral and vision care.
