SBL Food and Nutrition Offers Program on Navigating Supermarket

Navigating the grocery aisles for healthy food selections can be challenging. Learn how to plan, organize and shop more wisely during a program entitled “Navigating the Supermarket” hosted by Sarah Bush Lincoln’s Food and Nutrition Services.

This free program begins at 6 pm, Tuesday, May 12, in the Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education located on the north side of Health Center. Topics of discussion will include: a quick guide to the food labels, tips for shopping on a budget, food safety when shopping and healthy eating through the aisles.
