SBL Food and Nutrition Offers Program on Fitness Trackers

More and more people are using fitness/activity devices and apps to track their health and wellness stats. Sarah Bush Lincoln’s Food and Nutrition Services is hosting a community presentation on how to use these fitness/activity trackers to help you reach your health goals. This free program begins at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, August 2, in the Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education located on the north side of Health Center.

Topics will include things to keep in mind to help you stick with it and get the most out of your tracker. Pre-registration is requested by Friday, July 29. For more information or to register, please call SBL Food and Nutrition Services at 258-2130.
