SBL Food and Nutrition Offers Program on Heart Healthy Dining Out

For a person with heart disease, eating a healthy diet is essential to managing symptoms. Learn tips and suggestions on choosing lower fat and sodium foods when dining out during a program entitled “Heart Healthy Eating Away from Home” hosted by Sarah Bush Lincoln’s Food and Nutrition Services.

This free program begins at 6 pm, Tuesday, February 23, in the Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education located on the north side of Health Center. Pre-registration is requested by Friday, February 19. For more information or to register, please call SBL Food and Nutrition Services at 258-2130.
