Lincolnland Hospice Offers “Understanding Your Grief” Group Sessions

Losing someone you love or care about deeply is very painful. You may experience all kinds of difficult emotions and it may feel like the pain and sadness will never end.

To support people in their journey through loss, Lincolnland Hospice of Sarah Bush Lincoln is offering a class entitled “Understanding Your Grief.” The class will explore different ways to help people heal during eight group sessions that will be held from 6:30 to 8 pm on Mondays from February 25 to April 15 in the Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education, Madison Room (Entrance C). Convenient parking is available on the north side of Sarah Bush Lincoln.
