Coles County Health Department received notification from IDPH for the following single dose, Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccination clinics:
The Illinois National Guard (ILNG) Mobile Outreach Vaccination Point of Dispensing (POD) will be in Coles County.
Date: Friday, April 9, 2021, and Saturday, April 10, 2021.
Hours of operation: 9:00 am to 5:15 pm (17:15).
POD Site: Sarah Bush Lincoln Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education, Entrance C, 1000 Health Center Drive, Mattoon, IL 61938.
The single dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine will be open to the following:
Individuals who reside in Illinois age 18 years or older.
