Sarah Bush Lincoln is honored to receive a $608 donation from Washington Savings Bank that will assist SBL Heart Center and people in cardiac rehabilitation.

Throughout February, people who visited a Washington Savings Bank location in Mattoon or Lerna could purchase a heart for $1.

The fundraiser’s proceeds will support patients of the SBL Heart Center and cardiac rehabilitation who struggle to pay for costs associated with treatment. The proceeds will also help provide scales to recently discharged heart failure patients who need to monitor their weight at home.
