Elizabeth B.J. Quast, LMT began working at Sarah Bush Lincoln in 1981 in Physical Therapy as an aide. When the Massage Program started in 2004, she kept working full-time days here and went to Massage Therapy School through Lake Land College in the evenings to obtain her license. B.J. offers many types of massages like Swedish, Relaxation, Therapeutic, Hot Stone, Trigger Point therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, and the Trager Approach.   • Forty-five minutes - $40
