Signs you may need a sleep study

   • snoring or pauses in breathing
   • gasping, choking during sleep
   • awakening frequently
   • restless sleep
   • sleepiness/fatigue during the day
   • dozing while driving
   • irritability
   • depression
   • memory loss
   • lack of concentration, short attention span
   • morning headaches
   • frequent nighttime urination
   • sexual dysfunction
   • unexplained weight gain
   • Congestive Heart Failure or atrial fibrillation
   • insomnia or narcolepsy
   • restless leg syndrome (RLS)
   • high blood pressure
